Vera is extraordinary. I’ve been working out with her for almost 10 years and now at more than 60 years old, I am stronger, more energetic, and more balanced than ever. I had never worked out in a gym but gravity and age drove me to give it a try. Luck brought me to Vera who carefully built both my skills and my muscles. She knows the techniques and the importance of mixing things up both to involve different parts of the body and to keep the session interesting. But most of all is the added value of Vera the person—she is enthusiastic and somehow helps me find strength to do more when I am ready to quit and she makes it all fun! I adore her and recommend her as a wellness or fitness coach totally without reservation.

Vera is an absolutely wonderful coach. She is empathetic, intuitive, and always fully present in her conversations. I was hesitant at first, but Vera put me at ease immediately and made me feel very comfortable and secure. I started training with Vera in February 2019 and there is just no going back. She is the iron glove wrapped in velvet - encouraging, motivational, and yes, tough too. I could not give higher marks to a trainer than I do to Vera. I’ve come back to training after being gone from it for a while. She inspired me to come back weekly and stay with the program week after week. I travel a lot and Vera is always flexible with scheduling and ready to make a spot for me when I return. A few years ago, my friend Amy suggested that I train with Vera who specializes in working with 50 yrs+ women. I decided to give it a go, and signed up for a few sessions-and have never regretted that decision !
Vera is full of energy and good will- she wants her clients to get the best results and her positive personality motivates me all the time: even on those days where I’m feeling lethargic, the exercises are designed to make me try my utmost.
